Broadway Avenue, Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642-2619 RE: H-2024-0060/Lennon Pointe Sub; 1515 W Ustick Rd To Whom It May Concern: Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has an existing License Agreement for this project, Instrument Number 2023-063819 dated 02 November 2023. Due to the expiration of this License Agreement, the applicant must provide drawings and project work of scope summary letter that identifies all revisions from the previous agreement. NMID will withhold further comment until our review is complete. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Districts Kellog Drain courses through the center of this property with an easement of a minimum of sixty feet (60') total. The Districts Creason Lateral courses through the southwest corner of this property with an easement of a minimum of sixty feet (60') total. All municipal surface drainage must be retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
