Good Morning Nick/Bill, We concur with the recommended site-specific conditions and findings for Apex Zenith (H-2024-0052), with the following requests for modification: Under IV.A.1.h, second dash: We request this be modified to state “Install landscape bu?ers as shown in exhibit (attached “Zenith Bu?er Exhibit”) We have updated the exhibit to include clear language about what would be installed with Phase 1; which is the full bu?er in many places, and the bu?er between back of curb and front of sidewalk in others. Under IV.A.1.i, first dash: Remove the following from the condition: “on-street parking and bulb outs”. ACHD is the approving body for street sections, so we believe this should be left out of the city conditions.
