I would like this letter put into Public Comments for the Timbercreek modification request.
I believe that Timbercreek has not been adhering to their original agreement with the city of Meridian and
I also believe that the City of Meridian has not done their part to hold Timbercreek accountable for their
actions. The City of Meridian should not approve the modifications requested by Timbercreek not only
because it is not in the best interest of the community, but they would now be approving the acceptance
of WAS which is in direct violation of the original agreement. It is also my understanding that the
incorporation of lime to the WAS (which is supposedly the cure all) has not happened and is not slated to
happen until 6 months from now.
