Sonya, As discussed regarding the conditions (and your clarification), the developer is in agreement with the sta? report and conditions of approval for the project. That includes the additional condition: “Depict and ingress-egress easement across Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 granting access to all lots in the subdivision.” Please let me know if you have questions or need anything additional.
