Dear Ms. Vigil,
The purpose of this letter is to comply with the Public Hearing Process; II-SA-S, proof of
posting as outlined in the City Code.
Two signs were placed on December 8th, one at the entrance of Jayker Nursery and
another on the east end of the proposed preliminary plat, both off of Chinden Boulevard.
As required, attached are four photographs of the posted Public Hearing Notice signs for
The Tree Fann (Jayker Subdivision) preliminary plat hearing to be heard December 21,
2006.
