Subject: Preliminary Plat Hearing for The Tree Farm-
Justin,
Thank you for your efforts with The Tree Farm project. I wanted to let you know that The Tree Farm (Jayker
Subdivision) will not be on the agenda for the ACHD Commission hearing next Wednesday (December 20th).
Therefore, I would like to request that the Jayker Subdivision preliminary plat hearing with the Planning and
Zoning Commission not be heard on Thursday (December 21st).
We are planning to be scheduled for hearing with the ACHD Commission on January 10, 2007. Please
reschedule the Jayker Subdivision preliminary plat hearing with Planning and Zoning Commission for the soonest
available date after January 10th. I look forward to hearing from you.
