Re:
The applicant for this project is still working through some issues with ACHD. These
issues will most likely be resolved at the ACHD Commission hearing, on January 10,
2007. Therefore, the applicant has requested that the Jayker Subdivision (PP-06-058)
be continued to the earliest Planning and Zoning Commission hearing after January
10th (see attached e-mail). Staff is requesting that the Commission open and
continue the public hearing for Jayker Subdivision (PP-06-058) to the February
1, 2007 Commission hearing, to allow the applicant and City Staff to receive
comments back from ACHD.
NOTE: In anticipation of continuance, staff has not included the report for Jayker
Subdivision in the Commission packet for the 21 st of December. The staff report for
the subject project will be available prior to the continued hearing date.
