good morning,
I would like to express my opinion on this proposed development. I am totally against this proposal to
have an oil changing garage and coffee/fast food constructed on this property.
It will be too noisy for the neighborhood, as it is scheduled to be open at 5 am and last into the
evening.
This development will result in a high traffic problem and this type of commercial use that would
require a special permit from the City and changing the Development Agreement that currently
prohibits this use.
The proposed uses of oil changes and drive-thru are extremely intensive businesses that DO NOT
belong connected to a residential neighborhood.
Please vote to deny the special permit.
