Please be advised that pursuant to the agreement between the Cities of Boise,Eagle,Kuna,Garden
City, Meridian, Star, the Ada County Highway District, and Ada County, dated December 12,
2023, this will certify to you that the Board of Ada County Commissioners has duly adopted a
budget appropriating funds for the continuation of the Agreement for the term commencing
October 1, 2024 and ending on September 30, 2025.
