After discussing further with Staff, it has been determined by both the applicant team and Staff that tabling
application 2024-0054 to the January 16, 2025, P&Z Commission hearing date will be most appropriate.
Continuation will provide ACHD with the necessary time they need to finalize their staff report. In addition, Staff
has notified us that the existing site plan proposed fails to meet a code section requiring 30% of the buildable
frontage on Ten Mile Road to be designated as public space or building footprint. Given that ACHD's report will
determine where site access will be, waiting on the ACHD staff report will be critical prior to adjusting the site
layout.
