To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide certification for Gander Creek South Subdivision No. 4 that all street
finished centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established
groundwater elevations. This information is based on a Site Consulting, LLC geotechnical report
dated March 7, 2019 as well as the groundwater update reports, last dated October 23, 2019.
