There are 26 single family lots and 3 common lots in Gander Creek South No. 4. This subdivision is located near the southwest corner of N. McDerrmott Road and W. McMillan Rd.  Gander Creek South Subdivision No.4 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PPH 2019- 0013) and meets all requirements of conditions.  Gander Creek South Subdivision No. 4 Final Plat is in conformance with: 1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses 2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC 3.
