Koby,
The only facility that Boise Project has is in the south east corner of the property and then it all becomes
private after that. The easement for the concrete structure in that corner is 20 feet in all directions from that
structure.
The Boise Project does not approve landscaping (other than gravel) within its easements, as this will certainly
increase our cost of maintenance. All easements must remain a flat drivable surface. No variances will be
granted.
Fencing, gates, pathways, and pressurized irrigation lines (as may be required) must be constructed just o? the
canal easement, to ensure public safety and prevent encroachments. No variances will be granted.
Per Idaho Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement by the landowner, developer
and contractors.
Thanks,
Tom

Good morning, Gentlemen!
I hope all is well with you both!
1
Below (also see attached) is the subject parcel we are surveying; irrigation facilities were found onsite and I was
curious as to the easement widths and requirements.
Thank you so much!
