Location: South of McMillan east of Linder
Requested Vacation: platted public utilities, drainage, and irrigation easement located on the shared
property line between Lots 3 & 4, Block 1, Silverleaf Subdivision No. 1. A single family home was
constructed on Lot 3 that encroaches into the platted easement. The applicant intends to perform a
property boundary line adjustment and relocate the side lot line to accommodate the required side setback
for the residence.
Staff Recommendation: Approval; we have received all necessary relinquishments
