Attached is the staff report for the proposed Crestwood Subdivision Easement Vacation, for Brighton
Development (V AC-06-0l4). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on December 19,
2006. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please

Re: File No. V AC-06-0l4 Crestwood Subdivision (as it relates to Quenzer Commons #10)
Our response to the City's Site Specific Comments for this project is as follows:
We have requested the City's consent to vacate the platted public utilities and irrigation easement located on the southerly
lot line of the west half of Lot 13, Crestwood Subdivision #1 as discussed in the Staff Report. The subject utilities and
irrigation easement was originally platted as a part of the Crestwood Subdivision #1 as an Ada County plat. Since that
time we have re-platted the property as Quenzer Commons # 1 0 and the utilities and irrigation facilities have all been
relocated underground with the joint trench and irrigation consolidation effort.
Brighton Corporation agrees with Staff's recommendation of approval for V AC-06-0l4 and the developer agrees to all the
general requirements under the UDC.
