Hello Linda,
My name is Sean Lanahan, the White family and I spoke on behalf of the Tarrega Lane neighborhood, at
th
the November 19 city council meeting. We are challenging some of the proposed aspects of the Sky
Ranch development.
I didn't have a PowerPoint presentation at that meeting to help convey the problems and solutions we
have in regard to the project.
I have since created a PowerPoint which is attached to this email. I will be presenting it at the next
meeting on December 10th.
In a nutshell:
We are requesting that the new properties adjoining the existing Tarrega Lane neighborhood property
boundaries remain R4 and not be increased to the currently proposed R8 density. See map. We also
request that the homes to be built on those lots be limited to single-family, single-story homes with 6'
privacy fencing. As much as possible we would like to retain some of the privacy that we have enjoyed.
We also request that any proposed commercial buildings not be built along the existing neighborhood
property boundaries.
I figured you may appreciate a heads up on where we are headed with our challenge and requests.
