The site was visited one time, by Certified Arborist,Terri Ham, on Monday, November 18t'. All photos included are those of the assessing Arborist, except for the Google Earth View image used for creating the site map. All trees included in this report were visually assessed from the ground, and measured using DBH (diameter at breast height, or 4.5' above grade). Each tree was given a rating on both condition and structure.Tree condition rating is a general assessment of the over-all health and well-being of the tree.Tree structure rating is a general assessment of the formation of the observable root plate, root flare,trunk, and branches.The ratings are not an assessment of risk or danger, and a "Poor" condition rating does not necessarily indicate a risk to human safety.
