35. Ordinance No. 24-2067: An Ordinance (Calvary Chapel H-2024-0020) for rezone of
a parcel of land being all of Lot 4, Block 2 and a portion of the west half of West
Nelis Drive as shown on the plat of McNelis Subdivision, Book 100, Pages 13082-
13084 at the Ada County Recorder; said parcel being located in the south half of
Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning 8.41 acres of
land from the I-L (Light Industrial) zoning district to the C-C (Community Business
District) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all
applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable
official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of
Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this
ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer,
the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law;

particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning 11.246 acres of land from I-L (Light
Industrial) zoning district to the C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial)
zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all applicable
use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable official
maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in
accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be
filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County
Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing
an effective date. Approved

annexing a parcel of land being a portion of the west half of the northeast quarter
of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 16.25 acres of
such real property from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to the R-2 (Low-Density
Residential) zoning district; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area
maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the
boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this
ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada
County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the
Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances;
and providing an effective date. Approved

Block 5 of Shafer View Terrace Subdivision (Book 128, Pages 20722-20730,
Records of Ada County, Idaho), all located in Section 31, Township 3 North, Range
1 East, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in
Exhibit “A,” rezoning 38.45 acres of land from R-4 (Medium Low-Density
Residential) to R-8 (Medium-Density Residential) (31.27 acres), and R-15
(Medium High-Density Residential) to C-C (Community Business District) (6.42
acres), and R-2 (Low-Density Residential) to R-8 (Medium-Density Residential)
(0.76 acres) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter
all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all
applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the
City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this
ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer,
the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law;
