RE: Sparrowhawk Subdivision - Time Extension
Dear Honorable Mayor & City Council:
On behalf of our client, Dee Lynn, please accept this letter as a formal request for a time
extension for Sparrowhawk Subdivision. This approval is due to expire on January 13,
2003. Due to construction issues, ACHD Right-of-Way policy changes, and financing
issues we are going to be unable to complete the plat approval process within the time
allotted.
The expected completion date for this project is in August 2003, however we are
requesting the full I-year extension to January 13, 2004.
Please process this request at your earliest convenience, and don't hesitate to call if you
have questionsorrequire additional information.
