This section of the memo looks at cumulative impacts over a broad area and provides entitlement data in areas affected by the subject application. The following information is intended as a reference, rather than a decisive tool, and serves to forecast the number of school-aged children, enrolled in both public and private schools, using city-wide census data. Within the last five years, there have been 543 entitled units (245 single-family and 298 multi-family) approved within a 1-mile radius of the project location resulting in approximately 317 school-aged children. Based on the submitted application materials, the proposed project will contain 41 single family units and 18 multi-family units resulting in approximately 17 school-aged children.
