Please put me on record with my concern over the density of the proposed patio homes in Spurwing
C.C.
I built in Spurwing 11 years ago and even at that time it was told to me by the developer that there
would be patio homes built here but at a density of approx. 30 to 35 homes. I would not have any
problem with that density but no or few more.
Thank you for your consideraton on this important matter.
