Engineer to verify if there is a well onsite. If well is located on the site it
must be abandoned per regulatory requirements and proof of
abandonment must be provided to the City. Wells may be used for
pressurized irrigation.
Development will be required to tie into water mains in Locust Grove,
Pine Ave, and E State Ave. Must also provide to and through water main
to eastern boundary.
