RE: Alexander's Landing Subdivision—Final Plat
Dear Planning Staff,
On behalf of KB Home Idaho LLC,hereby applies for final plat approval for Alexander's Landing.
This plat is approximately 24 buildable lots, 3 common lots on approximately 5.15 acres.
The Preliminary Plat was approved by Meridian City Council on April 18, 2023. This final plat is
in conformance with the approved preliminary plat,thereby meets all the required conditions. This
plat also meets all the requirements and provision of the UDC and was prepared in conformance
with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and standards.
Amenities for the site will be a playground with picnic and benches nearby.
