Theprojectdevelopershalldesignandconstructmultiusepathwaysconsistentwiththelocationand specificationssetforthintheMeridianPathwaysMasterPlanMapandMasterPathwaysPlanDocument Chapter3).AnyproposedadjustmentstopathwayalignmentshallbecoordinatedthroughthePathways ProjectManager.LƓƷĻƩğĭƷźǝĻtğƷŷǞğǤƭağƦ 2. PriortofinalapprovaltheapplicantshalldedicateapublicaccesseasementforaЊЉ͸widemultiusepathway connectingfromthesouthernprojectboundary,runningroughlyparalleltotheCreasonLateral,then continuingnorthandmeetingtheexistingsidewalkneartheintersectionofLinderandUstick. Constructmultiusepathwaysperpavingsectionbasedonexistingsiteconditionsasrecommendedby projectcivilengineerinaccordwithUDC113A8and113B12.PriortofinalapprovaltheğƦƦƌźĭğƓƷ͸ƭ engineershallprovidewrittendocumentationthatthepathwaysegmentwasconstructedperthe recommendedspecifications. 4. Theowner(orrepresentativeassociation)ofthepropertyaffectedbyeachpublicaccesseasementshall haveanongoingobligationtomaintainthemultiusepathway. 5. Џ͸highopenvisionfencingshallbeinstalledbetweenpathwaysand(live)waterirrigationcanalsandlaterals asdetailedintheMeridianPathwaysMasterPlan,Chapter3,page35.AllotherfencedetailsperUDC11 3A7. 6. Projectdevelopershallberesponsibleforobtaininglicenseagreementandotherpermission(s)asrequired forconstructingwithinirrigationdistricteasements. 7. Shouldanydiscrepancyexistbetweentheseconditionsofapprovalandtherequirementsoftheirrigation district,thedevelopershallworkwithPathwaysProjectManagertoachieveapathwaydesignthatmeets bothCityandirrigationdistrictobjectives.Cityrequirementsasstatedshallnot(noraretheyintendedto) overridethoseoftheirrigationdistricthavingjurisdictionovertheprojectarea. 2¤µȁ͵ͷȁͶͶȁͷ͹
