approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.

Plats with primary name 'South' have already been recorded, and the proposed parcel is not contiguous with the
existing subdivision so therefore cannot be reserved in this location.
Also the words in your proposed name 'Ten, 'Mile', have also been previously used as primary names, so would
not be reservable in this location.
We would need to do a bit more research, but do you think that your client might be interested in the name
'Rosebud Plaza Sub', if that turns out to be acceptable?
