situated in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22,Township 3 North, Range 1 West,Boise
Meridian,Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found brass cap marking the East 1/4 corner of said Section 22,which bears S00°56'19"W a
distance of 2,629.48 feet from a found aluminum cap marking the Northeast corner of said Section 22,thence
following the easterly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4,N00°56'19"E a distance of 373.24 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly line, N89°28'49"W a distance of 63.00 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar on the
boundary of a parcel of land as described in Grant Deed per Instrument No.2021-144591 and being the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Thence following the boundary of said Lot 3 the following eight(8)courses:
1. N89°28'49"W a distance of 285.00 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar;
2. N83°52'11"W a distance of 218.93 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;
3. N53°56'04"W a distance of 151.80 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;

5. N49'13'27"W a distance of 200.51 feet to a found 11/4-inch iron pipe;
6. N44°05'24"E a distance of 33.90 feet to a found 11/4-inch iron pipe;

8. S89°28'49"E a distance of 815.56 feet to the boundary of a parcel of land as described in Warranty
Deed per Instrument No. 109108590;
Thence leaving said Lot 3 boundary and following said Warranty Deed boundary the following two(2)courses:
