We the undersigned are residents of SpurWing subdivision.
At the time we purchased our lots and built our homes, we were
informed by Jock Hewitt that the area to the right of holes 1, 2, and 3
would be developed for patio homes.
Mr. Hewitt's application is now before you for the purpose of
annexation and rezoning to allow for the construction of said patio
homes.
Patio homes at Spurwing have been common knowledge among both
residents of SpurWing and members of SpurWing Country Club since
the beginning of this fine golf course community.
