issue the Purchase Order for the Not-to-Exceed amount of $613,200.00
12. Approve construction contract to The Ewing Co. for the Not-to-Exceed amount of
$5,797,532.00 and authorize Procurement Manager to execute the contract and
issue the Purchase Order for the Not-to-Exceed amount of $5,797,532.00
