Request Modified Development Agreement to amend the existing Development Agreement (DA) (Inst. # 2022-079000) for the purpose of updating the concept plan, building elevations and certain DA provisions to increase the number of dwelling units from 215 to 295. Request: Preliminary Plat consisting of 285 (284 new and 1 existing) and 36 commons lots on 43.82 acres in the proposed R-15 zoning district.
