Honorable Members of the City Council
Item#3 on today’s agenda (11/19/2024) for Centrepoint Apartments was NOT communicated to the public via mail
notice, news print or other means, that any of us are aware of. No one received any information. In addition, the signs
surrounding the development were not updated with the new meeting date.
The only way we knew about this meeting was from the continuance announced during the October 15th meeting.
Is it appropriate to continue this agenda item without the proper communications and updates provided so that the
public is aware of the meeting, and prepared for comments?
