Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2024-0043 Newkirk East: Preliminary Plat for 95 single
family lots on 10.08 acres of land zoned Traditional Neighbor-
hood Residential(TN-R)and a Development Agreement Modi-
fication to revise the concept plan to remove the 216 multifam-
ily units and replace with 95 single-family attached homes,
located at in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10,Township
3N, Range 1 W,parcel:S1210346850
H-2024-0037 Pollard North: Rezone of 21.95 acres of land
from the R-8 to the TN-R zoning district and a Preliminary Plat
