Upon review, NMID has determined there is no District owned or operated facilities or easement within the highlighted area. Therefore, we will have no further comment on this request. ' All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Kennedy Lateral lies to the west of the Lowe's building and has a minimum easement of fifty five feet (55') total, twenty feet (20') left and thirty five feet (35') right It is recommended that irrigation water be available to all developments within NMID.
