Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has reviewed your request for Vacation of
Easement for the above -mentioned project. Upon review, NMID has determined there is no
District owned or operated facilities or easement within the highlighted area. Therefore, we
will have no further comment on this request. '
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Kennedy Lateral lies to the
west of the Lowe's building and has a minimum easement of fifty five feet (55') total, twenty
feet (20') left and thirty five feet (35') right
It is recommended that irrigation water be available to all developments within NMID.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.

Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as no facilities are impacted and plans show storm water is retained on site.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
