Levi Ave Project Description Re-zone & PP for 177 Residential Lots& 26 Common Lots Applicant Brighton Corp The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s)and has the following comments: 1.ITD previously approved Pollard Subdivision, which encompassed thesingle-familyresidentiallotsandassisted living facility ofPollard North. a.Although the assisted livingcomponentisbeing replacedwithresidential lots, the Department does not anticipatethe additional homes will add significanttraffic impact to the State HighwaySystem. 2.The applicant is in the process of completing the mitigations set forth in ITDsConditions Memo for Pollard Subdivision, therefore no new requirements are being imposed. 3.ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
