CROSS ACCESS TO LOTS 3,4 ANb 5 NOTED ON THE PLAT, TO DATE WE OUR STILL DEALING WITH ITD REGARDING THE ACCESS AND EARTHTECH (TRAFFIC ENGINEERS) WILL PROVIDE US WITH AN UPDATE FOR TUESDAY EVENING IF NFED BE. AS FOR THE "OFFICE VALU" AGREEMENT, WE ATTACH COPIES FROM EACH PARTY AND HOPE TO NAVE THE APPROPRIATE EASEMENT IN PLACE SHORTLY. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY COPIES qF EACH PLAN YOU WILL NEED. M tum, the access point is equally acceptable #o us, Gemtone, Inc,, as owners of the property to the east Mr. Roark has stipulated that the developers of the property to the east must pay for rho eosLs of improving the driveway access. 1 have assured hlm that is reasonable.
