Dear Esteemed Mayor and City Council Members,
I am providing this email on behalf of Mr. Robert Bruno, a neighboring property owner to Timber Creek
Recycling. In general, Mr. Bruno is not in favor of modifying the Timber Creek Recycling Development
Agreement.
Mr. Bruno supports Blackrock Homes in their ar?cula?on of the neighborhood concerns related to the Timber
Creek Recycling property. Specifically, Mr. Bruno agrees with the comments provided by Elizabeth Koecker?z
of Givens Pursley, LLP regarding the proposed DA modifica?on in her le?er dated November 5, 2024.
Furthermore, he is suppor?ve of any public comment by Blackrock Homes related to Timber Creek Recycling
that may be presented at the hearing tonight.
