In turn. the access point is equally acceptable to '15, Gemtone, Inc., a& owners
of the property tg the east.
Mr. Roal1c has stipulated Rhat the developers of the prapeJ1y tg the east m1.lSt
pay for the costs of improving the driveway access. I have assured him !hid is
reasonable. Hals also ~king for a crossover pllddng agreement whid1 needs
to be prepared a"" sent to him for review right away.
