Broadway Ave. Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Annex and Rezone for Foldesi Reserve Located at 3915 N.Ten Mile Rd.,Meridian,ID 83646 Dear Planning Staff, The owner of the property located at 3915 N Ten Mile Rd. is proposing to annex the property into the City of Meridian and rezone from Ada County RUT to I-L(Light Industrial)for new construction of an approximately 46,005 sf multi-unit industrial flex project. The property is contiguous to the City of Meridian and within the City's area of impact. The parcel to be annexed is 2.9 acres and is currently surrounded by a large I-L(light industrial)zone.The use would be compatible with the surrounding uses and existing zone.
