Rinker Properties, LLC has requested a reduction in the required landscape buffer
bebmeen 330 N Linder Rd., and 370 N. Linder Rd. The landscape buffer required
behveen a Residential and Industrial use is 25 feet and we are requesting the buffer to
be reduced to 5 feel.
