To Whom It May Concern,
My husband and I feel very strongly that it would not be a good idea for another apartment development
to go in on Overland. We live in the Movado Estates and have noted that we already have times of
congestion. If even 100 apartments were added on Overland that would likely lead to close to 200
additional vehicles in the area.
We are hopeful that the Meridian Planning and Zoning continue to decline the developer’s attempt to
push through his plans.
