Commission agenda on Nov. 7. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00
pm. You may a?end in person or virtually via Zoom – the link/phone number to join the mee?ng is located at the top of
the mee?ng agenda. Please call or e-mail with any ques?ons.
Please submit any wri?en response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible. If you have a presenta?on you’d like to present at the
public hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s office no later than 12:00 pm the day of the hearing.
