Vuong Nguyen plans to submit a development proposal to request a zoning change for 3970 E. Overland
Rd.
We would like the request to rezone 3970 E. Overland Rd. property to general commercial use with the
City of Meridian. We want to develop a retail space for my restaurant Dong Khanh Vietnamese
Restaurant a?er the city approved for general commercial use.
The City of Meridian Planning and Zoning required us to invite you to discuss this proposal before an
applica?on can be filed. This will be an informal mee?ng to give you the opportunity to review the
proposed plan and discuss the proposal with us.
