On Thursday December 7. 2006. there is a hearing to discuss the applic:ation for a conditional permit for
Pammy Cakes Childcare to be located on 672 E. Baldwin St.. As residents of this neighbor hood we would
like to express our desire for this application to be declined.
Our reasoning for you to decline this application is based on several factors not just including the increased
traffic but the neptive exposure that will be placed on the swrounding properties that is associated with a
business in a residential area. Our desire to maintain our residence in Baldwin place subdivision is based
on the condition that this is a residential neighbor hood with covenants that would not allow businesses to
operate within the confines of the subdivision.
We ask that you decline the application of Pamela Minshew and the conditional pennit for Pammy Cakes
Childcare.
