There might still be a need for a menu board or service board that provides tenant information while they wait. An
ordering board is not anticipated. The landlord is very aware of the e?ects of long drive through que and will be
very particular in choosing a tenant that will be utilizing this space.

Hi Sonya. Sorry for the delay. Please see the justification statement below.
No specific tenant has been identified for the Pad B Retail / Mixed Use drive through. It is anticipated that the drive
through will serve pick up of pre-ordered items. No order-board or queuing is anticipated while product is being
prepared. Careful consideration of future tenants will be made by the Landlord to ensure vehicle congestion does
not occur at the drive through entry.

Please submit justification to me as to how you believe the proposed stacking lane, which only accommodates
about 3 vehicles, will be su?icient to serve the proposed use (and future uses) without blocking internal drives and
parking spaces.
