After further review of the Sessions Parkway Subdivision, which includes the parcel for Raising Cane’s, ITD no longer has
any comments or concerns for Raising Cane’s development (applications CUP H-2024-0006 & CR-2024-0002). ITD’s
required mitigations to SH-55 were already completed through the approval of Session parkway Subdivision.
