To Whom It May Concern:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above-referenced
hearing application only.
Please be advised of the Districts Eight Mile Lateral that courses along the northern boundary of this
property. At this location the easement is a minimum of sixty feet(60')total,thirty feet(30)each side.
Any work not previously authorized under License Agreement dated 07-10-2023 will require another
Land Use Change Application and full review of its plans.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
