DEED OF OPTION TO PURCHASE FOR RECORDING
THIS INDENTURE is made on this ____ day of _______________, 2002, by
and between ____________________________________________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, hereinafter
referred to as the Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does by the presents grants, transfers and confirms unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following interest in real property situated in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho, to-wit:
An option to purchase that property shown and described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated
herein as if set forth in full.
This term of the option to purchase commences on _____________________,
2002, and extends through midnight of _____________________, 2003, at which time, the
option to purchase terminates.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Deed of Option to Purchase
for Recording on the date first above written.
