Broadway Ave,Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Easement Vacation Application for between Medina Subdivision Parcels Dear Bill and Nick: Attached to this letter is a Vacation Application for a public utilities, irrigation and drainage easement located between the original Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 of the Median Subdivision located south of W. Overland Rd and west of S. Meridian Rd within the City of Meridian.The site is in the Northeast%of Section 24 of Township 3N, Range 1W, B.M. Original Parcel Address Description Size (Acres) Zoning R5652350020 1653 S Meridian Rd LOT 02 BLK 01, Medina Sub 1.077 C-G R5652350030 1761 S Meridian Rd LOT 03 Blk 01, Medina Sub 1.089 C-G The easement,to be vacated, was created with Note 3 of the Medina Subdivision plat recorded January 22, 2008, designating a five-foot permanent public utilities, irrigation,and drainage easement on each side of common lot lines. A Property Boundary Adjustment, PBA-2021-0013,was recorded October 15, 2021,which moved the parcel line between the two lots to facilitate development. The new parcel is APN R5652350025 at 151 W Overland Road. No other lots are affected by the vacation. No utilities currently exist within this easement and easement release letters from each utility are included with this application. The easement currently exists through the area where a building and its parking area was constructed. In 2021 it was incorrectly presumed that the easement, as referenced in Note 3,would relocate with the relocated parcel line approved with the PBA.
