PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,November 06,
2024 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave.
Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2023-0070 Rolling Hill:Annexation of 6.90 acres of land
from the R-1 zone in Ada County to the C-C(Community Busi-
ness District)zone to develop two(2)vertically integrated resi-
dential structures featuring 90 dwelling units and 20,134 sq.ft.
of commercial space and a Conditional Use Permit to develop
one(1)multi-family building consisting of 64 dwelling units on
5.89 acres in the proposed C-C zone, located at 1560 Rolling
Hill Dr.Applicant:JD Planning and Consulting
H-2024-0010The Gateway at 10 Mile:Conditional Use Per-
mit for 390 multi-family units in the R-40 zoning district and a
Preliminary Plat consisting of 31 buildable lots and 3 common
lots on 38.99 acres of land zoned C-G and R-40, located at
NE corner of W. Franklin and N.Ten Mile Rd.Applicant: KM
Engineering, LLP.
TECC-2024-0003 Briar Ridge Subdivision: For a second
time extension in order to obtain the City Engineer's signature,
located at West side of Meridian Rd.between W.Lake Hazel
Rd.and W.Amity Rd.directly south of the mid-mile point.Appli-

CR-2024-0002 Raising Cane's Council Review: Council
Review of the Planning and Zoning Commission's decision of
the Conditional Use Permit of a drive-through establishment,
