After review ofthe Preliminary Plat of the above-mentioned applications Settlers Irrigatiori
District requests the following:
1. All irrigation/drainage facilities along with their easements must be protected and
continue to function. The facility is the Settlers Canal, located along the north side of
Fairview Avenue. Contact SID for any additional requirements.
2. Any changes to the existing irrigation system such as relocation, water delivery, tiling,
and landscaping must be approved by Settlers Irrigation District's Board of Directors.
3. All stonn drainage must be retained on-site.
