Request: Annexation of 7.98 acres of land with R-8 zoning district. B. Request: Preliminary Plat consisting of 41 building lots and, 10 common lots on 7.98 acres of land currently zoned RUT. Request Modified Development Agreement to amend the existing Development Agreement (DA) (Inst. # 2022-079000) for the purpose of updating the concept plan, building elevations and certain DA provisions to increase the number of dwelling units from 215 to 295.
